What is Myposte?

​Myposte by PlusConcept is an innovative and trusted digital PO box service - a combination of a virtual address, business or private address service enhanced with the power of digitalization, which allows you to receive, read and manage your postal mails even remotely.

What is a Digital PO Box?

A digital PO Box is a service that allows you to receive and manage your postal mail online. Instead of having a physical mailbox, you can rent a virtual mailbox with a digital PO Box provider.With a digital PO Box, you can receive mail from any address, including Singpost, USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Your mail is scanned and uploaded to a secure online platform, where you can view, download, and manage it from anywhere with an internet connection.


A digital PO Box also offers additional services, such as mail forwarding, check depositing, and package consolidation. These services can be particularly useful for people who travel frequently or need to manage mail for a business or organization remotely. 
Overall, a digital PO Box can provide a convenient and flexible solution for managing postal mail in a digital age.

What can I use Myposte for?

Use Myposte as virtual office, personal address, registration address (All standard very plans are recommended), mailroom to manage your letters digitally or from overseas, as private address for mail forwarding, for google ads, for google business, for websites for bank mails, for tax letters, as vanity and  marketing address, as central mailroom, for receiving cheques, for utility bills, for utility refunds, as mail forwarding address, for client invoices, as return address, pen pals and many more. Whatever document or letter you can forward we can receive. Do check with your forwarding or service providers what address they accept or you can enter.

Our service is open to anyone (Business, private, local, expat, foreigner or overseas residents) requiring a mailing or virtual address. START-UPS who prefer a proper mailing address.

What will be my address?

The Mailbox number xxxx, will be automatically derived from the last digits of your first order number (minus the leading zero).
(For customisation or if you have some issues with address changes in government system do contact us).


We will catch all letters slight variation in format are acceptable.
Use MYPOSTEBOX, MYPOSTE, MPB OR PO BOXas identifier. Company accounts / registered companies may use UNIT or SUITE as well - you choose. Your names and company names are the main identifier. As long as you keep your name , company name or director names updated with us, we are able to link the mails to your account.
IMPORTANT: As a digital po box holder only the address using the above mentioned po box can be used.

NOTE: Please note that our legacy address 12 Purvis Street, #02-xxx, Singapore 188591 will still be available to receive letters until November 2023 - we will transfer your letters from here to our main location. We currently operate from 2 locations and our main processing unit and storage is centrally at 77 High Street. 

Is Myposte trustworthy?

We are a long term (probably the longest) and experienced provider in the market. Our service exists since 2018. Even before that as a virtual office platform. Our mailbox locations are as safe as they get, we use good central locations and our processing centres are secure with restricted public access. Our technology and processes are also making sure nothing can go wrong with protected payment services, discreet processes on scanning your letters contents - only after your request. We always use the latest technologies when it comes to cloud processes and encryption.

Select your reoccurring subscription plan (monthly, yearly or private) and subscribe (Credit/Debit Card required)

After payment and our confirmation your MYPOSTEBOX is active and ready to use.


For custom plans or corporate plans as for corporate service providers do contact us.

We generally do require an identification document however (ID, IC, DRIVERS LICENCE AND/OR ACRA BUSINESS PROFILE etc). You have 7 days to provide the document. After this your account might be cancelled.

We are a long term (possibly the longest) and experienced provider in the market. Our mailbox locations are as safe as they get. The location provider manage access to the pick-up locations and require sign-out of the items.Our techonolgy and processes are also making sure nothing can go wrong with protected payment services, discreet processes on scanning your letters contents - only after your request. We always use the latest technologies when it comes to cloud processes and encryption.

Business registration
Yes, you can use Myposte as home for your business and use it as registration address for your company.
Myposte will give you a proper and marketable business registration address. It works with ACRA and is usable soon after you sign-up.

We make sure you have an active address that is required by ACRA and the Singapore Company act and you will get your personal company mailroom along with it. 


You can register your company on all plans even monthly, but we recommend yearly plans for continuity. Do note: All private plans are of course excepted from this, as they are for private and personal correspondences only.

If you choose monthly plans you will need to assure there are no lapses in payment, as otherwise the address would not be valid. 

You need to have a Myposte plan as long as you are using our postal and mailroom services and as long the company is registered with ACRA at our address (until it is changed, shown as struck off or cancelled). Otherwise you might be violation of section 142(2) of the Singapore Companies Act. 

​OPERATIONS

MAILBOT: Management

You will receive email notifications through our MYPOSTE Mailbot system as soon as you receive mail. A FREE envelope scan is always attached, so you know what you are receiving.

The notification will go straight into your email inbox - you can process it as you process emails. The MAILBOT system enables you to quick respond with SCAN, SHRED, FORWARD, DEPOSIT to manage your actions and mail services. Our mails are always tagged with #MYPOSTESG. You can use this tag to set-up a automated folder or filter or search in your mail client if you need to distinguish your physical mails.

MAILBOT: Notifications

​You will receive a notification mail as soon as you receive mails and they are processed by us. This usually happens on a daily basis. The notification is sent via our mailbot system and contains an image of your incoming items (You also have the option to receive scans of the contents automatically (#scanall) with the notification. The notifications are numbered and coded which also enables you to set-up specific notifications or folders in your email clients. We try to enable a straight forward system for postal mail management without additional layers of logins and access screens. We use a real speech response system and you may respond to your notification directly with the action required.

*Do note for individual deliveries or small parcels and tracked items you may receive a notification from your courier provider before our processing is done.


MAILBOT: Scan

By responding to our MAILBOT with SCAN, you can request scans of letter content. Your plan includes an allowance of content scans.
We attempt to scan your letters as soon as possible and mostly within one(max. two) business day(s). Please note that scanning is a physical process, we try to do securely and discreetly and is limited to business hours. We will scan directly in response to you actual mail item notification.
Additional scans will be charged according to our price plan. As subscriber here, you will be conveniently invoiced to your account. If you are a legacy system user or on customised plans, you will receive an invoice via our invoicing system.

NEW SCAN FEATURES:
If you like to have all incoming letters scanned and sent to us let us know or send us a #scanall.
(You will receive the full content together with the notification)
If you like to have the first page of each incoming letter scanned send us a #scanone .
(We will scan the first page and if you like to see the rest of the letters you can follow up with a regular scan request)

MAILBOT: Fowarding

By responding to our MAILBOT with FORWARD, you can request to have mailings forwarded to your address. We use your registered address unless otherwise requested. You may post the forward address into the FORWARD response to make sure. We have several postal runs per week. For very urgent request you can always request a scan.

Handling charges and postage charges apply according to your plan. Request for courier or registered mail if you need tracking ability.

NOTES 
- For the first request please confirm the address to be on the safe side. 
- We will send mails by regular mail local or airmail international. Please do let us know if you like to request tracking or registered mail or other arrangements. Different charges may apply.
- We make sure the items are franked & addressed & sent properly. Then sending and delivery times will be up to the postal services, which we have no influence on or detailed knowledge.

Important: We take care of the proper send of of the items and prepay the postage and delivery fees, hence they are payable to us under any circumstances. Plusconcept/Myposte is not and cannot be responsible for the postal service / courier service performance.

MAILBOT: Cheque deposit

If you request a cheque deposit with us for the first time. Do drop us a message after requesting and let us know, the below details to deposit your cheque:

Your Bank / Your Bank Account Number 

We will add them to your profile for the next deposits unless you instruct us otherwise. We will attempt to deposit your cheque within a few working days - depending on bank and location. The fee will be charged to your account and/or you will receive an invoice.

MAILBOT: Courier Forwarding

In addition to our regular forwarding you are able to have courier forwarding done by us organised through our DHL partnership or via your own account.
By responding to our MAILBOT with FORWARD and specifying courier or DHL. For other services - let us know.

Note: For new accounts or short term users we might charge a deposit first before requesting courier services.

MAILBOT: Shred / Recycle

If you request SHRED, we will securely shred/recycle your mail item as soon as possible. Do note there won’t be any confirmation of shredding actions.  

MAILBOT: Collections

Our scanning, processing and storage centres are closed facilities and not accessible by third parties for security reasons. A personal collection is therefore limited and there are no office hours for drop-ins. You may always opt for cost, time and environmental friendly SCAN or FORWARDING options via our Mailbot function.
On an exceptional bases you can book contactless collection for mail items via our Mailbot function.

​ACCOUNT

Cancellations
CANCELLATIONS
In case you don't require a mailbox anymore, we will be sad to see you go, but make the process easy for you.
You can cancel any time towards your next subscription term. Our subscriptions are on a fixed monthly or yearly term by term basis. If you cancel you won't be charged for the following term anymore.Cancellations are easy and customer managed. Simply sign into your account on our website and cancel your subscription. 

CANCELLATION ACTIONS 

After you cancelled please make sure to redirect all your mails. But please note shall we receive official mailings from authorities, IRAS, ACRA, Banks etc we will have to impose charges for address usage and/or return the mails to sender with a notification of unauthorized use. In case your subscription is not active anymore or cancelled do note that you won't have a valid registered business address with ACRA any longer, which could carry fines.

SYSTEM CANCELLATIONS
In some cases the system will auto cancel your account if there are payment and card issues. We try 3 times. In that case you still have a chance to reactivate the account by resubscribing to a plan and we keep your address and PO box number active.
Verification
ID VERIFICATION
You are required to provide us ID verification within 4 weeks of sign-up. Your account may be marked invalid if you fail to do so. 
Please send us or upload any photo ID (IC, NRIC , EP, DRIVERS LICENCE, PASSPORT etc and/or a (ACRA) business registration profile). If you don’t have your registration yet a personal ID is fine to start out. Please note that since 2019 it is illegal in Singapore to collect the full NRIC information, therefore any other form of photo IDs are preferred)
Verify via email in response to the sign-up confirmation or upload via our secure dropbox file system.
