Our scanning, processing and storage centres are closed facilities and not accessible by third parties for security reasons. A personal collection is therefore limited and there are no office hours for drop-ins. You may always opt for cost, time and environmental friendly SCAN or FORWARDING options via our Mailbot function. 

#limited.collection.booking

To facilitate occasional collection needs on an exceptional basis, we do have a contactless booking system: 

〉Respond to one item via the Mailbot notification with COLLECT/ PICKUP and DATE.

*We will prepare the letters pouched for contactless pickup after 2/3pm - 6/7pm that date.
*Not all timings are available.
*Same day only if requested before 11am that day.
*Weekdays only
*Not all days will be available (We would let you know)
